ORDERING RATES AND INSTRUCTIONS
FOR FOREIGN (& Canadian) ORDERS:

HOW TO ORDER:
We are happy to accept orders from, and ship to, any country in the world, however, advance payment MUST be in U.S. funds, by bank draft payable on an American bank, or by International Postal Money Order in U.S. Dollars. We suggest that the preferred and easiest method of payment is by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Access, JCB & American Express credit card numbers (include the expiry date, please). Eurocheques and Canadian checks with US$ written in are NOT ACCEPTABLE. To order please download or print out the Reel 3-D ORDER FORM. Then fill it in with the product stock number, description, price, and shipping weight. Total all of the prices and shipping weights. For shipping rates, match your country and the method of shipment (Sea or Air Mail) and find the rate on the following charts. Then mail, fax, or email your order to us.

HOW WE SHIP:
All shipments outside the continental U.S.A. are by U.S. Post Office sea or air mail, by postal categories appropriate to the weight and content of the shipment. Please indicate SEA or AIR mail, and include the proper amount with your order, or include your credit card number and expiry date. Air mail is assumed if method is not stated! Rates reflect both postage and packing charges.

INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONS:
Post Office package rates do not allow personal letters or notes to be included. If you have questions, please include an International Postal Reply Coupon, available at your local Post Office.

OPTIONAL FOREIGN INSURANCE:
Any AIR MAIL order may be insured for a flat $5.00 per order fee. Please specify on Order form, if desired. Insurance is not available to all countries.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Reel 3-D must make postal customs declarations which match the prices in our printed catalog. Additionally, when ordering from Reel 3-D, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Note: New United States Post Office rules apply to SHIPMENTS to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City.

For Air Mail Parcel Post (not Sea Mail).

1. No P.O. Box addresses.
2. A telephone number to put on the shipping label is requested, but not required.
3. There is a possibility of a $15.00 Administration Fee for Customs Clearance, plus duties and taxes. Low value items may not be subject to charges, but the Post Office does not specify what will be considered a low amount.
   
   This is because the US Post Office has contracted with a private company, Consignia plc, operating General Logistics Systems (GLS), operating as General Parcel, to make the actual delivery of packages that fall into this Air Mail class. This situation is beyond the control of Reel 3-D Enterprises, Inc., and we can make no guarantee or prediction as to whether you will be charged a customs Administration Fee, or duties and taxes. If you are NOT prepared to accept a package that has these additional costs, we suggest that you DO NOT place an order. Orders that are refused and returned to Reel 3-D will be credited for merchandise only. Shipping and Handling charges will NOT be refunded. Whenever possible, based on the value, weight, and size of the package, Reel 3-D will use Air Mail Letter Post or Global Priority Mail. These smaller packages MAY be subject to smaller fees or no fees, but Reel 3-D Enterprises, Inc. can make no guarantee of this, either, as this is completely at the discretion of the local postal authorities, customs authorities, and delivery services that are acting as agents for the post office.
