HOW TO ORDER BY PHONE:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB or American Express orders may be phoned in to +1 (310) 837-2368 at any time! Our staff business hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 4 PM, Los Angeles time, but we cannot guarantee that we will be in at all times. When we are not in we have an answering and order taking service that will be happy to take your order, or catalog request.

Before you phone us, we recommend that you fill out our order form, and have your credit card and expiration date handy. Sorry, WE CANNOT ACCEPT COLLECT CALLS or PURCHASE ORDERS.
 

HOW TO ORDER BY FAX:
You may FAX an order to us 24 hours a day, provided you include a credit card number with the order. Please fill out our Order Form completely before FAXing it. Foreign orders please specify Air or Sea shipping. FAX to +1 (310) 558-1653.
 

HOW TO ORDER BY MAIL:

  1. Please supply all the information requested on our order form. (A new one will be returned with each order.) We will accept your personal check, bank draft, or money order payable to Reel 3-D Enterprises, Inc., or payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB or American Express cards. If you charge your mail order to a credit card, please SIGN the order form where indicated and enter your complete card number & expiration date.
  2. Payment or credit card information MUST accompany your order.
  3. For your own protection please DO NOT SEND CASH through the mail!
REEL 3-D FAST SERVICE:
It is our general policy to ship within 48 hours following our receipt of your paid order. PLEASE NOTE: We do close for 3-D conventions and holidays, so any time-critical orders should be phoned in to confirm shipping date. We are not responsible for delays in UPS or U.S. Mail service.
 

HOW WE SHIP:
Most orders within the continental USA are shipped by UPS GROUND service, the balance being shipped at First Class mail rates at our discretion - unless First Class (Region E) shipping is requested and paid for. Ground UPS is not available outside mainland USA (Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico), so those domestic orders, P.O. Box and APO, FPO addresses, MUST be sent by U.S. Mail (Region E) rates. See U.S. rate charts. Canada and all foreign countries see the FOREIGN rate charts.
 

UPS SHIPPING:
UPS delivers to residential or business street addresses only. If you  specify shipment to a P.O. Box address or simply U.S. Mail shipping, please use "E" column of shipping charts for rates.
 
 
RUSH AIR DELIVERY SERVICE:
(Additional charges apply)
Upon request we will be happy to provide UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or Federal Express Next Day shipping. This service is available for credit card orders only. Call or E-Mail us for a rate quote for your specific order.

ERRORS, OMISSIONS & OTHER:
We are not responsible for typographical, or other errors. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.
 

PRE-PAID PURCHASE ORDERS ONLY:
We accept only PRE-PAID Purchase Orders from individuals, companies, or institutions. Payment or credit card information MUST be included, or order will be returned.
 

IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED:
All UPS shipments are insured, but proper procedures MUST be followed:

  1. Retain box & all original packing material. Your insurance is voided without these items.
  2. Immediately contact your local United Parcel Service (UPS) office and inform them of the damage. They will advise you of what to do.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
  1. Item MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. On the packing slip (or copy) that came with your order, please tell us why you are returning the item, and what exchange or adjustment you desire.
  3. With the packing slip (or copy) enclosed, wrap the item in a sturdy box and secure it with strong tape.
  4. Return the package, prepaid & insured, to: REEL 3-D ENTERPRISES, INC., P.O. Box 2368, Culver City, CA 90231 USA (Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. returns.)
  5. Item must be in unused, new condition (unless damaged in shipment).
  6. As soon as we receive your return order, we will send your refund, credit or exchange to you promptly.
  7. Postage is not refundable, except for errors by Reel 3-D Enterprises, Inc.
  8. Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
