RBT Stereo Slide Mounts are the best stereo mounts currently available. These new snap-together plastic mounts are precision designed and made in Germany, and represent the first real innovation in 3D slide mounts since the 1950's.
Quality features are:
- All plastic snap-together design.
- 6 Aperture sizes!
- Re-useable, and easy to use.
- No heat, glue, or tape needed.
- Adjustable pin bars engage film sprockets for easy alignment.

The film aperture is part of the mount, so "window" placement in relation to the mount edges is ALWAYS EXACTLY the same. Perfect for DISSOLVE projection alignment.
Sprocket pin bars, hold the film in place and slide within tracks in the mount for easy, yet precision, horizontal adjustment of the film chips. By changing the positions of the pin bars this design also allows for vertical adjustment of the right and left film chips, in relation to each other, in 5 increments from 0.0mm to 0.4mm.
Each mount has one white side, which faces the projection lamp in the projector, to reduce heat absorption, and a black side, which faces the projection lens, to reduce internal reflection. The precision, clean, square-edged windows look impressive in hand viewers, too! Each side of the mount is identical, except for color.
The mount design holds film very flat without the use of glass. It allows the film chip to expand when exposed to the heat of a projector. This virtually eliminates the change of focus due to "popping" (change in the curve of film in the mount when heated).
All mounts have the (ASA Standard) outer dimensions of 1 5/8" x 4" (41mm x 101mm), thickness of 3mm, and aperture center-to-center spacing of 62mm EXACTLY! This means that different aperture masks may be mixed in a single stereo projector show, without the need to make horizontal adjustments from slide to slide*)

Five different aperture sizes are available!
The available sizes are:
No. 2316 - RBT 4 - Nimslo format 21 x 16mm apertures (for half-frame, Nimslo, Nishika, and most of the 3 & 4 lens cameras made originally for lenticular prints)
No. 2319 - RBT 5CU - (Not shown at right) Close-Up Realist format 23 x 19.5mm apertures (for Stereo Realist, Kodak Stereo, Revere, Wollensak, TDC and most American Stereo 35mm cameras of the 1950s that use the 5- perf format). This has an aperture that is 1.5mm narrower than the No. 2321 to allow for more "stereo window" adjustment, or for minor cropping. In the old Stereo Realist and EMDE aluminum mask terminology this was called the Close-Up mask, when you are shooting with a stereo camera and your subject is in the 4 to 7 foot range. Also for minor cropping of any 5 perf slide.
No. 2321 - RBT 5 - Realist format 23 x 21mm apertures (for Stereo Realist, Kodak Stereo, Revere, Wollensak, TDC and most American Stereo 35mm cameras of the 1950s that use the 5- perf format.)
No. 2328 - RBT 7 - European format 23 x 28mm apertures (for Iloca I, Verascope F40, Belplasca, Fed Stereo & any 7 perforation "European Format" camera.) Also useful for masking down full-frame 35mm format stereo pairs from twin camera stereo rigs, and RBT stereo cameras.
No. 2331 - RBT W - Wide format 23 x 31.5mm apertures. For full-frame 35mm format stereo pairs from twin camera stereo rigs, and RBT stereo cameras. The slightly smaller than full-frame aperture allows for aesthetic masking, or for more "stereo window" adjustment room than the wider No. 2333 mount.
No. 2333 - RBT F - Full SLR format 23 x 33mm. For full-frame 35mm format stereo pairs from twin camera stereo rigs, and RBT stereo cameras. This aperture is nearly the same as most commercial 2-D cardboard 35mm slide mounts. It is the widest aperture available in a single piece stereo mount with these outer dimensions. Use when the most possible image area is desired, and images are taken in such a way that proper stereo windowing is possible. Note that with twin-camera rigs, and for closer distances with RBT cameras, the narrower No. 2331 mount may allow for more "stereo window" adjustment than the No. 2333.
