The Stereo Club of Southern California (SCSC) was founded in 1955 to promote the art, enjoyment and science of stereo photography. Meetings (Los Angeles, Mid-Wilshire area) normally include 3-D slide projection, and are held monthly. Visitors are always welcome. Meetings are on the Third Thursday of each month. Check the club website for details. This club also has a 3-D Movie Division that meets quarterly.

The annual Stereoscopic Displays and Applications conference, held in San Jose California, is the premiere international technical conference devoted to stereoscopic imaging.
